Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS First class for $3.00, or FREE on orders over $20.00.
The Post Office site states delivery time is usually from 2-5 days.

Foreign Orders
Foreign orders are welcome but please note: checks and money orders from overseas
(including Canada)are subject to a $10 fee imposed by my credit union. There is then
an ADDITIONAL two week wait for them to secure the funds from a real bank in a real city.
As before, foreign orders cannot be insured either at any kind of reasonable rate. A Flate
Rate Envelope includes insurance for $30. Please take these into consideration before ordering.

Orders over $25 will still receive the 10% discount we previously offered or you can
take advantage of the NEW WHOLESALE RATE we are now offering below:

While other body jewelry suppliers may ask you to buy $100 of an item type, or
12 or 20 of a certain size/gauge/color to get a small price break, Body Modern
would like to offer the following wholesale program. Simply put, any total purchase of body
jewelry of $100 or more will receive a 50% discount with NO MINIMUM per piece
or color or size or gauge. With free shipping of course. Insurance is not included.

Insurance
is available for $1.75 up to a value of $50,
& $2.25 for values over $50. in the U.S. only.

We cannot be held responsible for losses on uninsured orders.

Forms of acceptable payment
Paypal, check, money order. Checks will be held 10 days to clear.

Returns/Refunds
1) All jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturer's defects, if it is broken or defective,
it will be replaced or refunded upon return and inspection.
2) If you simply ordered the wrong color or size, or just didnt like it, then please return
the jewelry well padded. On refunds the original postage cannot be refunded (if free shipping
was not applied). If returning for exchange please include $3 for postage.
3) On lost items, the Postal Service has a 30 day waiting period, after which a claim can be
filed if you purchased Insurance. Once again, we are not responsible for uninsured orders.

Out of Stock Items
On out of stock items an email will be sent with a request for refund/sub. If a reply is not received
in 5 business days, a refund will be issued. Availability may be limited as many items can
not be reordered, which is why many times you may see "1 left" on an item. The cart is not
interactive, which means it does not know if an item is out of stock or how many are in
stock. All changes have to coded by hand, as well as html, so please bear with us. thanks.
